It's whatever.

I am kind of ready for Thanksgiving break, just to get away for a little. Especially to see my family, sleep, and not have any plans.
I loved being gone all weekend with old friends.
We've been here for a little over two months now, and true colors are starting to show.
You start to realize who you can laugh with, who you can be fun with, who you can be serious with, who you can cry with, but most importantly, who you can trust your life with.
I have finally realized this. I'll keep it to myself, but I just know which people are my true friends.
And there not numerous, let me tell you.
But I'd rather have a true friend than many acquaintances.
Moral of the story, I am just kinda over it.
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

Anyways, I love my sister Alysha, and I see my best friend Molly in 1 month and 22 days.
And I love how Courtney and I are sitting on my bed avoiding our homework. Typical Sunday night. Please let the week go by fast. What a weekend. (I say that after every weekend.)
Ah, life. So unpredictable.

It's hard.

"Until you face all the mistakes you've made, you will never change."
Why is change so hard?
Why is letting go so hard?
Why is moving on so hard?
Why is everything so hard?
I can't do this on my own.

Thoughts of Today

1. When it all comes down to it, God is the only person you can trust.
You cannot trust a persons intentions.
God is the only person you can rely on. He will always be there. He will never fail you, or disappoint you.
You never have to question Him.
He is always there, for the right reasons.

2. I love Courtney Carey.

3. I am excited to start next semester. Hello three day weekends.

4. I miss Alysha Olsen & Molly Huusfeldt way too much.

5. I am tired of the food in the caf.

6. I need to do my laundry.

7. Taylor Swift completes my life. She puts my thoughts into songs.
Song of the day: Last Kiss
"Never thought we'd have a last kiss
Never imagined we'd end like this
Your name, forever the name on my lips"

I'm not ready

In both my Monday classes, we were talking about dating and marriage. It stirs up thoughts in my mind of my past "relationships", if you would even call them that. Yes, there are a couple that qualify as a real relationship. And one that I thought would last forever. But to jump into that again- dating, commitment, boyfriend/girlfriend, leaves me uneasy.
I don't think I'm ready.
Thats the truth of the situation. Its hard to accept. But you have to be ready for it. There are things that you have to let go of, get over, prepare yourself.
I am preparing myself.
I am preparing myself for the person God has for me. I don't know when they will come into my life, or if they already have. But I'm not going to jump into anything just because I like the idea of being with someone, always having someone there.
Because there is someone there. You just can't see Him.
And before I give my heart away (again), my love has to be for Him, and only Him.
Time. Patience. Waiting.
Sometimes the right things are also the hardest.
And I know too well that this is the right thing to do.
And I also know that it is the hardest.

Enchanted

I'm wonderstruck, blushing all the way home
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
This night is flawless, don't you let it go
I'm wonderstruck, dancing around all alone
I'll spend forever wondering if you knew
I was enchanted to meet you

Thankyou Tswift, for making such sweet sweet songs.
